Before you decide

Can I get just a logo — without the full system?
We don't offer standalone logo design without the surrounding system. A logo in isolation isn't a brand — it's a symbol without context. The colour palette, typography, and usage guidelines are what make a logo function consistently across your website, social media, print, and signage. Without the system, you'll be back asking a designer for help every time you need to produce new materials.
How many logo concepts will I see?
We present 2–3 clearly differentiated directions, each grounded in the brand strategy rationale. We make a recommendation and explain why. Then you select a direction and we develop it fully. We don't show you ten versions and ask you to pick — that approach produces average results because it's driven by preference, not strategy.
What file formats will I receive?
AI, EPS, SVG, PNG (transparent background), JPG, and PDF. Delivered in both full-colour and white/black versions. Organised in a clearly labelled Google Drive folder so you can find what you need in seconds rather than hunting through files.
What if I need changes after delivery?
The 30-day support period covers minor refinements and questions. Because the identity is built on agreed strategy, major revisions are rare — the direction is confirmed before any design begins. Significant changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
